@paul_griffin when I was about 12, I went to a museum and saw this painting. According to my mom, I stopped and refused to leave the room for about an hour, and I just stared at it. I don't remember how long I was there, but I do remember my mind swirling with new thoughts and feelings, and my life being somehow changed when I saw it.
