I have just had it pointed out to me that after #BeltaneFireFestival I was walking half-naked thru Edinburgh at 2am, only body paint to preserve my modesty.
It completely slipped my mind at the time
(I did have a cape but I was not bothering to cover myself with it.)
Talk about altered states of mind.
