@EmilyGB2023 My left ear is like that, I think I started sleeping on that side before it was fully healed.

@SymTrkl I think that's got to be the case. I sleep on that side almost exclusively. Assuming it's not decided to become infected again (that'll be twice in a month after a decade of not having a problem), maybe I'll have it redone this weekend. At least it should heal fairly fast, I just need to switch to back sleeping. Given my summer plans, I've already been told I'll be sleeping on my back for a few months so I guess now's the time.
