I think that's got to be the case. I sleep on that side almost exclusively.
Assuming it's not decided to become infected again (that'll be twice in a month after a decade of not having a problem), maybe I'll have it redone this weekend.
At least it should heal fairly fast, I just need to switch to back sleeping.
Given my summer plans, I've already been told I'll be sleeping on my back for a few months so I guess now's the time.

@SymTrkl @EmilyGB2023 My ear piercing that gives me the most problems(not actually much of an issue, but is more in relative terms) is also in the ear that’s on the side of my head I predominantly sleep on
