I think I'm gonna start a blog. Take my political writing there, and only drop links to it from here. I feel torn, because I want to post about it all the time, but I try to limit my posts to when I'm feeling the most feisty right now, because what I'm saying feels wrong to hide behind a curtain, but consent is a huge thing for me. And I resolve it by posting infrequently on the topic, and trying to hashtag it to help it be noticed by filters. But given my current occupation as basically a full-time activist, it's kind of a lot of my life right now. So I'm gonna find an outlet for that - not substack - and get writing. And then I can hang out here, without worrying about making people's days unhappy with speech I feel I need to make. I'll let you know when I find a home. Anyone who wants to suggest a platform for mid-length blog posts, that isn't Nazi-owned, or runs on chroma-whatsis from QAnon, or something, HMU. Have a great day, my friends. If I can get this going, this should, I hope, let me get back to interacting with y'all more. I miss that. But I'm relaxing my personal standards a bit. I took a day off last weekend. First one since I met Zara, 10 months ago. Might be a bit of a burnout path, that one. So starting this weekend, I'm taking a day off. Zara will call only in emergencies. So that's my update.
