@oldladyplays@wargamers.social When I started looking to begin a blog (I'd had a previous blog through Substack that I've since taken down), I asked a friend; her response was to set up a domain through gandi.net, then to go to ghost.org and set up my blog. It's simple and barebones - maybe someday I should hire a graphic artist to replace the logo I set up - but it's mine, and I'm happy with it, and as I understand it none of it is US-based, which is important. https://www.transpirateradio.com/
