I wish I knew what was up with my right ear piercing.
I pierced my earlobes a decade ago. The left one is fine. The right one is generally just a massive struggle to get an earring through.
If I don't have an earring in a few days, placing one in that ear is just an exercise in frustration. It's like the opening isn't quite clear, so it's a struggle to get the point in (even though I can see the hole!) and then as I try to push the earring through, it never seems to want to find the back opening so I'm kinda probing around with the tip of the earring until it finally finds it's way out.
It's almost like it's twisted or constricted a bit inside. Maybe it is. can't imagine HOW. When I got them pierced, I left the piercing studs in for two or so years (they were titanium ball studs, front and back. Super comfy and looked good even back in the before times).
Maybe I just need to visit a piercer and have them run a needle through again, and just leave piercing studs in both ears for a few months.

@EmilyGB2023 My left ear is like that, I think I started sleeping on that side before it was fully healed.
