@ruthpozuelo I don't know. Maybe running at a slower pace, so that the body can afford to send more blood to the stomach area?
Frankly, I did not research this too well, it's just something I learned to live with, since I do not go to such long runs too often, so it doesn't bother me too much. So take what I wrote with a grain of salt.

@ticho It happens always regardless of the intensity of the run. I can live with it too, was just wondering if it is a common thing 🤷♀️
