  Today's #run couldn't be complete without a glycogen resupply break, at a large patch of wild #blackberries on a forest clearing. Being too hasty, I got pricked by one of the thorns while picking the berries, but it was worth it. :) The air temperature was great, the forest is still cooled down from recent rainstorms, so the run was 👌. #running #trailrun #SnackSaturday

  I'm starting to think #Bratislava does not deserve #cycling infrastructure. Number of cyclists I saw today, and really every day, who completely ignore traffic rules, sometimes even to suicidal levels, was staggering. 🙄

  We found an unmanned #banana stand on the side of a somewhat hidden walkway along coastal cliffs and tiny, almost vertical banana plantations. We left one euro and walked away with four tasty yellow treats. :) #Madeira

  #Monstera #Fruit (aka. "pineapple banana") sounds like a made-up magical fruit from a fairy-tale. I mean, after it ripens, it's supposed to taste like different fruit each subsequent day, but it can kill you if you eat it before it's ripe?   First #longrun after last weekend's #marathon, and also my first #trailrun since maybe January, since I was running only flat routes while preparing for the marathon. I missed the trails a lot! :) I couldn't have picked a better day - sunny, clear skies, with just enough fresh wind to keep me cool. 😎 On my way, I saw a small herd of #goats having a siesta in the tree shadow, without a single care in the world. :) #running

  Good, but very windy #longrun today. There were moments where the wind was in my face so strong that I was stepping in place. :) Still, running in severe weather is one of joys of my life. I managed 36km at more or less my intended marathon pace, so I'm quite happy. The marathon race is in two weeks, tick tock... #running

  Another pretty #sunset picture into the collection. This one I like especially, as I managed to be on the bridge right as the sun started to hide behind the horizon. 😎 I had a nice 15km run, slightly faster than my intended tempo for the upcoming marathon - hopefully the legs will get used to it, and the actual marathon tempo will then be a breeze. :) 🤞 #running #Bratislava
