First #longrun after last weekend's #marathon, and also my first #trailrun since maybe January, since I was running only flat routes while preparing for the marathon. I missed the trails a lot! :) I couldn't have picked a better day - sunny, clear skies, with just enough fresh wind to keep me cool. 😎 On my way, I saw a small herd of #goats having a siesta in the tree shadow, without a single care in the world. :) #running
