@woollypigs lol... flat! I guess for the Pyrenees that is true.
Sensational place to be for running, cycling or simply looking and filling your brain with outstanding natural beauty.
As for my foot, a little stiffer than yesterday.but tomorrow is a rest day so that's ok.
What irked me, is my podiatrist has suggested that I consider wearing a cushioned running shoe with a slight drop for runs above 10k, and has no confidence that this won't keep plaguing me for years to come.

@robchapman yup this place is good for the soul. Sound like they don't like barefoot shoes or know the benefits. Unless they are correct that this is a lasting injury. Crossing fingers it's not. So steady does it for you for longer.
