Isn't it about time we had some kind of rocket race in space to cheer on? It doesn't have to be the Kessel Run, or the Razorback in a Transplanetary Race. How about you have to blast off, do 3 orbits of earth and one track around the moon and then land? Surely we have enough competing transports at this time? The betting tables could hopping. Reality shows. Rich billionaire oligarchs vs. Actual functioning governments, etc.
(I, forgive me, am apparently seeking out a new distraction.)
