Anyway, if you're involved with a non-profit that's doing good work and there's one hyper-efficient lady that pisses everybody off but keeps the wheels turning, whatever you do do not let her go, throw as much money as you can at her, because you will fall completely to pieces when she leaves.

Yes I know, you're a big smart university professor, it doesn't matter, you don't know shit about bookkeeping or organizing events or communicating with people who aren't in your academic field or herding cats like yourself. You need her.
