Yes I know, you're a big smart university professor, it doesn't matter, you don't know shit about bookkeeping or organizing events or communicating with people who aren't in your academic field or herding cats like yourself. You need her.

Heh, just remembered their slightly aggrieved "Customer is always right" attitude when they weren't actually my customer at all because they weren't paying their bills!
