#GoOutdoor's warranty appears to be worthless. Bought a #tent in the end of season sale last year - £400 discounted to £127, so quite a bargain. Came with a "returns policy" card saying that faulty items returned after 28 days will be repaired. It has developed a fault, so took it back to the store. They basically told me to feck off, they don't do repairs (they offered to knock £127 off another £400 tent), and to contact the customer services email address on my receipt.

So, emailed customer services, got back an auto-response saying that no one was going to read my email (which was sent to the address printed on the receipt!) and I needed to submit a query through the web site. So I then battled through the FAQs on the web site until I found a contact form. Pasted my email into the contact form, got back an auto reply that basically said no one is going to read my message, go look at the FAQs instead, and if that didn't answer my query, reply to the email. 2/
