OK, this is pretty unhinged, but I managed to print a replacement wheel for my bandsaw that came without the high speed drive wheel.
While “it works”, I’m going to have this either machined or printed out of a more suitable material, because running this for any length of time to actually do work seems like A Bad Idea™️
The arbor that it sits on is somewhat cursed. It’s used for the low speed settings, but the hole for the shaft is not straight, causing it to wobble. The extra credit assignment would be to counter that in the drive wheel design

@forty2 If you can do nylon it'd probably be just fine. Especially if you're using a metal hub/arbor (that is well centered).
