@forty2 If you can do nylon it'd probably be just fine. Especially if you're using a metal hub/arbor (that is well centered).

@AMS @forty2 This is where I'd look for a friend who does metal casting and machining. Scale the model up slightly to account for metal shrinkage, add a degree or so of draft angle to make a pattern that can be cleanly extracted from the sand. I really need to get my shop back in order and repair my little foundry furnace...
