@AMS @forty2 This is where I'd look for a friend who does metal casting and machining. Scale the model up slightly to account for metal shrinkage, add a degree or so of draft angle to make a pattern that can be cleanly extracted from the sand.
I really need to get my shop back in order and repair my little foundry furnace...

@arclight @AMS I’ve got a friend with a lathe, so that might be as close as I get. The nice thing about printing it (in a suitable engineering material) is I can potentially counteract the cursed wobbly arbor it sits on.
