I'm getting too old for this shit. But I've been conditioned my whole life to be a good little worker bee and take any and all responsibility. It's such a struggle to set appropriate boundaries.
Spent ten days at an outage working 12-15 hours a day. Started getting ill halfway through. Now I'm home trying to recover. Had to go to urgent care yesterday afternoon to get some antibiotics. So much for an enjoyable relaxing weekend recovery.
High stress and little rest is a recipe for disaster.

@finner need to figuring out a way to charge for your recovery time, consider it overtime. (I know this is unrealistic, I am just commiserating) Honestly, might be easier to look for an lighter job, even if it doesn't pay as well, just to use as leverage. I know that involves the additional work of pulling at all your contacts to look for something, but you know how it be.
