Ah! yes, that is an entirely different kettle of fish.
Sizing your system will be the expensive part, as I said before. You might be able to use a Dropbox or similar to get a few free GB of storage as well.
A lot will depend on what you need to share. If it is calendars, text documents, you will be fine. Movies and large photo libraries may be harder.

@Amgine the main motivation is mostly to get away from the google/microsoft environment. So a place to store their photos and school work documents, and 'free' office suite. also: email and calendar.
