I don't want a home server.
I thought there would be more providers in Canada, but I guess I will have to find a host in the EU.

@Sassinake I understand - different levels of comfort. A NAS is not a server in the sense you are thinking of - it's more like a USB stick. Only it is on your network, not plugged into your device.
