@ct_bergstrom@fediscience.org i would check the EXIF data to see if they put their name in the copyright field, even if it's a common name, it could help assuming there aren't THAT many tour groups doing birding tours to Iceland, having a name would make it easier to ask various tour organizers if they knew how to get in touch with the photographer

@ct_bergstrom@fediscience.org EXIF data would expect to have the camera make/model/serial number. Might be possible to search and see if the owner can be tracked via pictures they may have uploaded to the web from that camera/serial number.
