@mmasnick Sorry, but I've got to disagree. Yes, KOSA creates a risk of abuse by bad faith authorities. I'd rather the law be more clear about when this power can be used. But there are very real dangers now. We need new powers - and social media companies need responsibility. Better this imperfect bill, and refine it later, than no progress (and no social media responsibilities) at all.

@mmasnick who's profiting from barring speech? I assume Dove is just the patsy face of the campaign and a 'useful idiot' for whomever is financially benefiting from this, but I don't know who would be that person/business/industry.
