Dang it, the center "griddle" burner of my stove is absolutely not putting out anything like the right amount of power, and basic cleaning steps are not cutting it to make it better and ive just ruined 2 blueberry pancakes. Is there no end to our hero's technology problems?

The blueberry pancakes were saved by patience and then transferring them to a cast iron skillet once they were solidified enough. Disaster averted.

@dlakelan ugh that's the worst. We have one burner like that on our stove.
