Grrrr......
It never fails to wind me up when someone asks for a discount. This time over the phone because they want to order 2 canvases. We're grateful for every order, but if we could sell our work, all handmade any cheaper we would.
See how far you'd get if you went into the Range/Dunelm etc and asked for a discount if you wanted 2 of their mass produced canvases.
Why do it to a small business?

@sharongascoigne@mastodonapp.uk My Mum used to rant about customers who came into her tiny lighting shop and ask for discount. She always told them she was already selling her stock at the best possible price.
