<p>My spiritual home is Scotland/the North East. <br />I navigate life with the help of the eightfold year blended with other spiritual paths including, but not exclusive to, the eight limbs of yoga, Buddhism, the cycles of the moon.</p><p>It&#39;s kind of people to follow me, but you maybe short-changed by my minimalist approach to posting and I don&#39;t always follow back.</p><p>I live with a chronic neurological disorder.</p>
