@johnefrancis They don't even look in open boxes - not even when there are ten of them.
Of course, I expect the contractor is paid by the pound, and it takes time to tag noncompliance.....

@human3500 he charges me next to nothing. He lets me borrow his dump bin for free and charged me less than $200 for a full load a few months ago. That included dump fees. @johnefrancis
