Certainly the abilism we have to overcome. It's hard sometimes to think of ourselves this way, when we have spent so long trying not to and all because, without knowing our neurotype, we thought we should be just like everyone else.

@pathfinder @actuallyadhd yes. It’s a strange acceptance. I have mixed feelings
