@maxelcat I revisited things I used to do when computers didn't dominate our lives.
I'm trying to add more analog by watching my favorite classic Hollywood DVD films, listening to music, and most recently, painting my mom's house.
What helped me most was turning the phones completely off which helped me avoid checking any notifications. After all, I lived without these devices decades ago! Remember having to wait until you got home to check messages? I'm missing those days more and more.

@forestfern yes I miss those days too. I remember pre answer machine and waiting 28 days when you ordered something by post. And 2 TV channels. It was slower, more intentional. Turning off my phone? It's a good idea. I wonder if I could?

@forestfern forgot to add walking the Hound everyday is a great help. The woods are beautiful
