@bencourtice I mean, that exact issue, psychosocial harm from forced AI usage in the workplace, is exactly what we're trying to get in a new staff agreement, but management isn't buying it, naturally.

@jimbob @bencourtice Moral hazard is sufficient that employees are morally obliged to reject it and hold employers to account under unfair dismissal legislation where jurisdiction permits. They should not be forced to bear the burden of their employer's cavalier approach to the underlying information asymmetry being used to cynically sell "GenAI" based products and services; employer's ignorance is not and should not be the employee's responsibility.
