@kvenden I’ve seen people ask for this for various apps and websites over the years, but still don’t understand why. Can you explain it to me? Avoiding it is one of the first things we learn as graphic designers: such long rows of text are fatiguing for the reader’s eyes and neck.

@jonikorpi It is simply a matter of real estate. I’d much rather utilize the whole size of my screen for what I’m looking at rather than have a smaller size version indented out for what I see no reason for. It allows for images to be slightly larger without having to tap on them, as well. Regardless of what designers are taught, there’s no reason why it shouldn’t be the choice of the end user. (1/2)
