@jonikorpi It is simply a matter of real estate. I’d much rather utilize the whole size of my screen for what I’m looking at rather than have a smaller size version indented out for what I see no reason for. It allows for images to be slightly larger without having to tap on them, as well. Regardless of what designers are taught, there’s no reason why it shouldn’t be the choice of the end user. (1/2)

Keep it defaulted your indented way but at least give the user the choice like Mona does. To let the user customize the app in a hundred different other ways but not allow that is a fail to me by Ivory. Their literal reason was they felt that made it feel to much like reading from a newspaper and they didnt like that. Well I’m not them and it’s exactly the way I like it so onto greener pastures ;) (2/2) @jonikorpi
