I don’t know. I really don’t want an eggplant “going off” on my face again.

I got my barbecue out and every vegetable in my fridge is getting grilled now. Peppers? Grilled. Asparagus? Grilled. Mushrooms? Grilled. Carrots?? Believe it or not, grilled. I can’t grill the milk though. Or maybe I can. I don’t know.

By the time the rest of the beers warm up, you won’t care anymore

  • Unplug your fridge. Clean the condenser coil (the pipes that get hot) which will usually be on the back but could also be underneath or on top. Then let it cool down for about 15 minutes before plugging it back in. A lot of times when a fridge fails it is just a dirty condenser. If that didn’t work then it has an actual problem like bad start components, a failed compressor, or a refrigerant charge issue. If it is one that has an active fan on the condenser then that could also be the cluprit but most residential fridges don’t use an active condenser fan.

Do vegetables actually need to be refrigerated? Always wondered. Is it an actual safety thing or just a preserving flavour/texture thing?

Just throw the veggies in some water. They love drinking that crap.
