I bought a chunky USB power bank and 60W solar panel t'other day: the Anker Solix C200 DC.
It's pretty good.
But... I turned it over, and there's a bunch of Important Warnings on the bottom. Including this one: "DANGER: This device is intended to be used indoors only. Do not use outdoors."
Anker appears to have forgotten to include this in its promotional materials, so I've taken the liberty of... improving the imagery on the product page.

That's not even all of them! "Just strap up and charge anywhere outdoors," but DO NOT USE IT OUTDOORS. Incredible.

I guess it is built to some safety standards not applicable to wherever you are so the sticker is a 'get out of jail' card for the company when the product fails.

@ghalfacree I particularly enjoyed that one on the beach with the solar panels set up on the sand below the high tide mark.
