Yeah I sometimes go through there as part of my commute and take 96 Ave to 107 street. It's not the best, but it is much better than 97 Ave, and can be improved much more readily as part of the renewal.

@Daveography @taprootyeg I guess the real problem in that area is (as so often) out of scope of the neighbourhood renewal - there's what amounts to a highway cutting through the middle of the area, in Rossdale road and Bellamy Hill road / 104 st. Not sure how to fix it - maybe widen Rossdale road so it's bidirectional, and stop sending southbound Bellamy Hill road traffic onto 104, so it becomes just a neighbourhood street?
