@analogfusion they are gonna look really good without the glass. I have a friend that hates glare, and frames his photos like paintings. He just adds a UV photo protective spray and hangs them in the wall. I'm currently considering that idea to print a 17"x45" panorama. Framing at that size is so expensive, even for cheap options.

@klizana The genesis of that thought came from listening to the podcast of fine art photographer (not the wrestler) Brooks Jensen. He recommends displaying prints in a frame without glass — like a painting. As he points out, a photo with glass is more likely to be damaged if it falls! I order most prints from Mpix, and I usually pay the extra cost to get that protective coating. I can only imagine what it would cost to have a large panorama like that framed professionally!
