at least this time I'm dealing with an HP EliteDesk 800 G6, which unlike the G4, doesn't block the 2nd NVMe slot with the stock 2.5-inch drive caddy... we had to print a custom caddy for my G4 (a gift from an anon supporter) after I found out about that fun fact.
I'll be opening that G4 up to swap DDR4 sticks in a few days, and it'll be the first opportunity to see if the caddy has melted at all, since it was printed with PLA.

@surfhosting funny, I've been bikeshedding a similar project with a lenovo-taste liter of thinkcentre and have amassed a pile of ebay‘s and ali's finest (e)sata to usb and back gender changer coupler adapter thingamagicks of which, by the time they arrived, had completely forgotten, what exactly I was tryIng to accomplish with them 🙈 anyways, good luck, good stamina and keep us posted
