@surfhosting funny, I've been bikeshedding a similar project with a lenovo-taste liter of thinkcentre and have amassed a pile of ebay‘s and ali's finest (e)sata to usb and back gender changer coupler adapter thingamagicks of which, by the time they arrived, had completely forgotten, what exactly I was tryIng to accomplish with them 🙈

@metaphil this is too real ... I have a growing pile of bits & bobs I purchased which ended up on the shelf due to ever-shifting plans. but every now and then, having them around saves my ass in an unexpected way, so that's good at least!
