@lizzard @autistics 2/ if I wake up 'too early', I don't fight it.
I just live the day and plan on early sleep to restore the circadian. Melatonin can help, as can Valerian or soursop tea, but I don't depend on them.
The only time this did not work I was having a heart attack and did not know.
So I don't know that this will be useful.
But your post was useful to me.
I learned others have the problem.
And so this thread is really cool with how others respond to it.

@knowprose @autistics thanks! I'm usually not an early bird, and rarely get tired before 23h. If I didn't have to bring a kid to school and get to work, my preferred rhythm would be to sleep from 23h-8h. So waking up at 3-4 in the morning is highly disruptive for me. But maybe... there's something about what you say, that is relevant to me, too ,and as I get older I should look into a rhythm change. Going to sleep before 22h has always been hard for me, so I rarely try.
