@knowprose @autistics thanks! I'm usually not an early bird, and rarely get tired before 23h. If I didn't have to bring a kid to school and get to work, my preferred rhythm would be to sleep from 23h-8h. So waking up at 3-4 in the morning is highly disruptive for me. But maybe... there's something about what you say, that is relevant to me, too ,and as I get older I should look into a rhythm change. Going to sleep before 22h has always been hard for me, so I rarely try.

    @lizzard @autistics Well, I had it all worked out until last year January. That's a separate story. The short of it is that I have been a little obsessive about sleep in the past year and have read much on it. For example, some of us more in tune with circadian rhythms get disrupted at certain times of the year, too. Cautionary note: if it becomes a pattern, it might be worth stopping in and seeing the doc for a routine checkup.
