When my son was very small, he misunderstood my excited squeal of “rhubarb!” He was very disappointed when I showed him the “rhubot”.
Today, I can squeal “rhubot!”

@transitionalaspect Do you guys put an upturned bucket or bin over it? I remember the old allotment men used to do that. Something about it being sweeter and less stringy. They used to do it for a short time once the shoots pop up. Obviously this is just a distant memory so maybe fact check me. :))
