I just spend five minutes chatting with someone and then they said: "you have zero idea who I am right?" I confirmed and we chatted for another ten minutes. Good talk, as usual. Once you're past the age of five it should be illegal to change ones hair colour. edit: no, I am not face-blind. I just don't really recognise people by their face alone.

@Pepijn we make a law that everybody has to wear a name tag. Problem solved. (Only IRL, obvs. On the net, we have usernames, handles etc FOR A REASON)

@Pepijn but then how will people recognize me as "the one with teal hair"? (currently more of a darkish blue-green)

@Pepijn many years ago I couldn’t understand why I was getting such a dry response until this person told me who he was. I didn’t know him particularly well but I simply didn’t recognise him because he had shaved his beard off.

@Pepijn Bloke came up to me on tube station. Clearly knew me but I'd no idea who he was but chatted as didn't want to let on. Six hours later realised he had been in my class at school for five years.
