As I consider treatment for my PTSD this summer guilt consumes me for the potential of having to uproot my life and pause things with my kids. The treatment is necessary, yet the cost is very real.

@sarah *hugs* Also: I remeber my kids were worried about me when I was unwell, so they would rather I focused on getting better. I hope the treatment gets you the desired results.
