@exinith@mas.to That's really interesting - I had no idea about that re BTS. Like you, they were something that put me off K-Pop. You're absolutely right about the chord changes that are implied; that's my favourite thing - where something seems atonal and minimal on one level, but more consonant (and even quite colourful) harmony is implied. And yeah - I knew and really like that S-Class song. But funnily enough was having similar thoughts to you, not on this song, but that new BTS video - thinking "now I could maybe attempt to reverse engineer the music of the song, hidden away in a studio, but even a single moment of cool the humans pull off in the video? Never. Not even one head turn or single move." 😄
