Hey, does anyone have a preferred method (with supporting anecdotes!) for waterproofing¹ a cordura² bag?

¹: I know, I know, "water*proof*" is a misnomer, there are only degrees of water ingress resistance. You know _exactly_ what I mean.
²: 1000D, in case the denier matters at all

@gnomon I've used Nikwax wash-in waterproofing (TechWash & TX-Direct) on my cordura riding gear. I felt like it improved water shedding, so that sitting water didn't just weep through. It was less effective at something more structural like a leaky/worn seam, iirc.

@gnomon Does your cordura already have factory waterproof coating on the inside, and you are just sealing the seams? Or are you trying to find something that will stick to uncoated cordura??
