Great that #KeithWilson likes picking up trash, but driving around #Portland and trying to find homeless people is just damn creepy.

"Incremental" and "change" imply there is a definite direction you're heading, but the homeless problem in the US is not going to stop without serious systemic change, which surely isn't what you're doing. And "positive"? Well, if your idea of positive is forcing homeless people to move on short notice, then I think maybe your time would be better spent fucking yourself.
