@passenger Oh yes, the moral high ground of getting rid of your nukes before turning over the keys to a Black majority democratic government. I remember it well.

@HayiWena Far be it from me to speak well of F W De Klerk in the 1980s, he did a lot of shady stuff in the attempt to prop up the dying Apartheid system, but I think this is one thing that had good effects.
