@kai I thought mailing a gift under €45 would be OK, but perhaps they are more strict where you are? If only I knew a few weeks ago before I went to Berlin…
Now I’m wondering what people at the airport will think when they scan my luggage and see 100 yellow pencils next time* I go to Europe 🤔
*no plans to go to Europe again anytime this year though

@cjtype Customs bureaucracy is out of this world here: It’s been weeks of back and forth to get one of my books back from customs from a colleague in the UK that I lent them, because they sent it back with a studio stamp…
