The division between "Northern California" and "Southern California" is...

@penryu it'd be Santa Rosa, given your unnatural constraint the real divide in CA, as in every other state, is city/rural, with maybe a bit of coastal/inland in the mix

@penryu Lol, this is one of my pet peeves. There's a central California as well. That's the Bay Area and Sac. NorCal starts around Clear Lake and Yuba City and there's another 250 miles before you get to Oregon.
