I see ... you must have better self control than me ... I keep mine in a screw top jar to limit the dips :)
I like nuts so much I was dipping every time I walked past and found I wasn't hungry at meal times ...
Having to unscrew the jar makes me slow down :)
PS. I don't drink coffee either ...

@MyView @Susan60 @Tooden I once read you should eat a shot glass full of nuts each day. So I bought this as being approximately shot glass sized. Therefore, the day’s limit. (Except what’s in recipes, on breakfast, etc)
